In order to support such a broad spectrum of industries, we provide expertise in most operating systems, application software and networks. This includes DOS, all versions of Windows, Macs, Microsoft Office Suite, WordPerfect Office Suite, Lotus Office Suite and Novell Netware as well as dozens of accounting, CDROM, multimedia and communications applications. We also offer several Internet access and email packages for the small business. In addition, CNCI is an authorized Dell and HP technology partner. Computer & Network Consultants, Inc. maintains a support policy consistent with current industry standards. This policy allows you to place service calls and get responses immediately if necessary. All time is rounded to the nearest half hour with a one hour minimum. Invoices are mailed to you and are due upon receipt. Our rates are generally lower than other consulting firms that provide similar expertise on such a broad base of hardware and software products. And there are no added charges for parking, tolls or travel time.
